STV COATING MACHINE, XT COATER SERIES 5/10/20 (FOR LAB & R&D SCALE)
STV Coating machine, XT Coater 5/10/20 is used for film coating or sugar coating in laboratory or in pilot production.
Machine is available for both film coating and sugar coating, available for time-releasing tablet.
Interchangeable design: Designed for interchanging different sizes of coating pan on the same machine: 5kg/batch, 10kg/batch, 20kg/batch.
The design satisfies all requirement on safety for person, for equipment and for product.
All parameters can be automatically controlled from the Touch screen. Tooth belt drive, no grease.
Temperature, moisture, air volume should be maintained at a constant level, without depending on ambient environment.
