STV Coating machine, XT Coater series is designed to cover a wide range of production, from laboratory scale to production scale.
Machine is available for both film coating and sugar coating, available for time-releasing tablet.
It is designed for free-standing or through-the-wall. The technical area behind the room, gives minimum space requirement, fewer external surfaces to clean, all essential components are accessible from technical zone for maintenance and calibration.
Low processing times and minimum turbulence
Machine is designed for easy maintenance and service. Quick connect enabled by tri-clamp.
The machine is suitable for granulation and pellet coating
Coating pan moved by gear belt, has minimum noise while operating.
Temperature, moisture, air volume should be maintained at a constant level, without depending on ambient environment.
The side door can be pushed aside gently, enabled by
seft-hinged support
Coater Details
The optimized horizontal process air guidance minimizes turbulence in the nozzle area, contributing further to a perfect coating result.
The exhaust air chamber is fully integrated in the coater housing and has reduced equipment space taken to a minimum, eliminating time wasted in cleaning and inspection processes.
During operation coating process, the operator can take the sample tablet by auto sampling unit, with no need to open inspection door.
Loading & Unloading Tablet

Loading chute: It is mounted onto the pan door, and operator scoop tablets to put into the chute.

Containment loading: Depending on room layout and material handling requirements, tablet may be gently loaded through the rear loading valve or through the front loading port of the coater.

Gravity loading: Simple loading can be done by using a chute the front loading port of coater. A lifting device is also available.

Automatic Unloading: The coater is equipped with a auto discharge port the coated tablet batch, no need to open the pan door.
Coating & Spraying
Pan is mounted on machine with enclosed rear teeth-belt drive and front support rollers. Mixing baffles mounted on conical surface.
“ABC” technology: anti - bearding cap, elimates clogging problem. Control by compressed air.
No interruptions to the coating process, thanks to anti-bearding technology, with superior spray pattern, which crucially prevents clogging in the area of air cap and nozzle needle.
Processing time is short, less than 6 hours. The coating process is fully automatic. Sugar coated tablet is shiny, uniform, looked very nice.
