Particle size reduction through hammer milling is used to improve powder properties so that the material has improved flow ability, reactivity, bulk density and compatibility.
Using high speed rotating blades to crush or grind raw materials to a desired size which is smaller than the perforated plate screen.

The screen can be assembled and disassembled easily.
Blade can be made of special material for hard 40 -50 HRC to mill tablet or hard granule.
The blade’s speed is variable speed by inverter. Blades are reversible.

Easy and fast changeover. Parts can be easily disassembled for cleaning and maintenance.
Possible for closed charge and discharge to IBC/drums.

STV SIEVING GRANULATOR, SG-250
Sieving Granulator, Model: SG-250 is an excellent solution for reducing particle's size in the pharmaceutical, food industry and fine chemicals.

STV VIBRO SIFTER, VS-800
The Vibro Sifter machine works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. The material is separated based on its particle size. Once the motor gets energized, vibration is caused in the screen/sieve making the material travel across the sieves according to its particle size.
The sieves are suspended on a spring to avoid vibration on the floor.
Easy Dismantling & Cleaning.

STV BAG DUMP STATION, BDS SERIES
The bag dump station is a transfer device that uses negative pressure to collect dust and suitable for bag opening and feeding of transfer materials during the production process. The material can be stored first and then conveyed, and it can be used in conjunction with the dust collection system to effectively prevent dust.
It has a dust removal function to prevent the dust from flying during the bag opening process and reduce material loss.
Optional equipment: iron remover/measurement weighing and conveying/cutting knife/bag pressing device.
Easy to connect to a Vibro sifter at discharge.
