STV Machine participated in AllPack Indonesia 2025, one of Indonesia and Southeast Asia’s leading exhibitions for processing and packaging technology. Together with our Indonesian partner Jayapak Sinar Abadi, STV exhibited advanced pharmaceutical granulation processing machine designed with European technologies and components to improve efficiency, product quality and manufacturing reliability while remaining competitive in the evolving Asian market.
Key Technologies Presented at the Exhibition
At AllPack Indonesia 2025, STV Machine showcased its integrated granulation processing line, designed to support pharmaceutical manufacturers in producing consistent and high-quality solid dosage products. The system presented at the Jayapak booth consisted of three core technologies that form a critical part of modern pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The High Shear Mixer Granulator is used for wet granulation, where powder ingredients are mixed with a binding solution to form uniform granules. Through controlled mixing using our z-shaped agitator and high-speed multiblade chopper action, the system produces granules with improved flowability and compressibility, which are essential for stable tablet production. |  |
Following the granulation stage, the wet granules are transferred to the Fluid Bed Dryer, where controlled airflow from our 45° diskjet bottom plate efficiently creates a cyclone air movement that optimises fluidization. STV’s fluid bed technology ensures uniform drying while maintaining the structural integrity of the granules. |  |
The Lifting Sieving system completes the granulation process by calibrating and screening the dried granules to ensure a uniform particle size distribution. This step is critical for removing oversized particles and preparing the granules for subsequent processes such as blending and tablet compression. |  |
