Strengthening STV Machine's Presence in Indonesia's Pharmaceutical Industry — 2026

Indonesia is one of the largest and fastest-growing pharmaceutical markets in Southeast Asia, and it remains a central focus for STV Machine. Over recent months, together with our trusted Indonesian partner PT Jayapak Sinar Abadi, we participated in two important industry gatherings — SIGAP 2026 Yogyakarta and SIGMA 2026 Bandung, a GP Farmasi Jawa Barat & BPOM Event — connecting directly with the manufacturers, decision-makers, and quality professionals who are shaping the future of pharmaceutical production in the country.
SIGAP 2026 Yogyakarta
From July 22 to 26, STV Machine attended SIGAP 2026, the Strategic Initiative for Global-Resilient Access and Pharmaceutical Supply, in Yogyakarta, alongside the Jayapak team.
The event brought together pharmaceutical manufacturers and industry professionals to discuss the latest developments in pharmaceutical processing and packaging. For our team, it was a valuable opportunity to meet manufacturers face-to-face, exchange ideas, and gain a clearer understanding of the challenges and opportunities shaping the Indonesian market. These in-person conversations are where genuine understanding of a market begins and where the most meaningful relationships take root.

GP Farmasi & BPOM Event Bandung
In September, STV Machine and Jayapak participated in SIGMA 2026 forum organised by Indonesia's Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) and GP Farmasi Indonesia West Java, held in Bandung.
This forum holds particular significance. As a gathering built around pharmaceutical regulation, compliance, and quality standards, the GP Farmasi Committee comprises company owners, directors, and decision-makers, which is highly relevant to our commitment to lasting partnerships. Furthermore, conversations with the general audience, which includes plant heads and quality assurance professionals, provide unique insights for STV Machine to explore the pharmaceutical market of Indonesia. For STV Machine, being present among this group of senior industry figures was an opportunity to build relationships at exactly the level where equipment decisions are made.
Although we did not exhibit a full machine at this event, we brought something that sparked genuine engagement: the Combilab 5's Bottom Plate STV Disk Jet and a mini propeller of our High Shear Mixer Granulator. Visitors could see and handle the plate directly, examining the distinctive 45-degree cutting that gives our fluid bed technology its cyclonic airflow. Holding the actual component rather than viewing it in a brochure gave manufacturers a tangible sense of the engineering behind STV Machine's granulation and drying technology.
Building on the Momentum
Across both events, one thing was clear: there is strong and growing interest among Indonesian manufacturers in European-standard pharmaceutical processing technology that is both cost-competitive and locally supported. Through our partnership with Jayapak, STV Machine is well positioned to meet that demand with advanced granulation technology backed by local technical expertise and service.
In the weeks ahead, our team will be following up on the conversations and connections made at both events. And we look forward to continuing this momentum at AllPack Indonesia 2026 in Jakarta this October, where we will be exhibiting the Combilab 5 in person.
